Sunpark Garden Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here . Nice and clean rooms really spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms living room with tv small kitchen with microwave, kettle all utensils.Pool was really lovely with water slides kids really enjoyed..The breakfast was also very nice... The Hammam was amazing...Would definitely recommend this especially if you have younger children..Would definitely come back here again..The only downfall was paying extra money for keeping our room for a couple of hours..We were departuring at 8pm but the checkout was at 12am so we paid about £50 extra ..Even though there were empty rooms still available....

The room is good, I can't say anything bad. About the food, if your child or you like soup, you will hungry or you have to cook it yourself. A whole week and only once there was soup. Prices are all in euros, get ready for this, that you are seen as a European in Europe and not in Turkey. For example, beer costs 5 euros, but they will add percentage as service and it will be more expensive. Their exchange rate is less by 100 lira per 100 € or 100$. You spent 100 euros, you don't have cash with you and they will add it to your room. They will change to lira with a surcharge of 100 lira, then when you will pay in euros, they will have once again 100 lira from your pocket, it gets out for 100 euros or dollars about 200 lira (6.5 euros). It is only necessary to pay all at once in euros cash. If card, they will change it in lira via their exchange-rate. In general, the hotel is good, but prices are more expensive than Europe, you are not in Turkey. Staff, if one person from the family has All inclusive and the other does not, they will be like the police to go and watch and interfere, so that accidentally that one did not drink alcohol that ordered another by All inclusive. Location, they have transport to beach (9:30, 10:00 and 10:30) and back (16:00). It is far and go with children by foot is not possible.

This is my first visit to Turkey, Alanya, its was a long trip to get here, a 3 hour transfer from Atlaya airport, but worth it. Just a heads up, there's a free shuttle bus to beach, as it is a 30 minute walk, pre book at reception. Oh and the milk over here is sut, normally uht, red cap or blue, be careful what you buy it may be a yogurt drink!...and generally as cheap as chips.

Please book this hotel if you want to go to Alanya, because the service over here is awesome, espacially my friend Aykan that I met over here (he's a good hearting worker). Me and my friends had the best time of our live, really friendly and hygenic service. I am not promoting but we are writing this because they deserve it. The water slides are amazing and the food is delicious, they have evening entertainment for children and adults, so everyone is welcome and accepted. Take my advice as a tourist and enjoy the company! ❤️ Antalya
